But the awards have never changed the way we work. Every chicken breast is still prepared by hand, every sauce is made in-house and every order is expected to meet the same standard that built the brand.

The recognition is something we’re proud of. The food is what got us there.

Our Nashville-style chicken is marinated in buttermilk for 24 hours, coated in signature breading, and fried to golden, crispy perfection every time.

At The Nashville Cluck, quality comes first. We use fresh 100% chicken breast, hand-selected, tenderised, and cut to precise specifications daily.

We season our chicken for 24 hours, then soak it in buttermilk marinade for up to 24 hours for maximum juiciness and flavour.

In store, chefs complete the process from scratch. Chicken is hand-coated in house-seasoned flour before frying in fresh oil. We change our cooking oil 3–5 times daily to ensure crispiness and consistency.

After frying, each piece is dipped in our signature Nashville oil blend for an authentic flavour hit.

We finish every burger and sub with fresh brioche buns, toast, or milk roll subs delivered daily.
